2. Does your company offer Web Hosting?
Yes! Web Makers Plus is can host your web site on our web hosting server, or setup hosting on any national 3rd party provider.

3. What is a Domain Name?
A domain name is basically your name and address on the internet.

4. Do I have to have a domain name and Web Hosting set up before I hire a Web Designer?
No. You will have to have a domain name and web hosting purchased before your website can be uploaded to the internet. Your Customer Service manager at Web Makers Plus will work WITH you to identify and purchase the domain name that makes sense for your business. 

5. How long does it take to create a website?
Quality Websites are not created over night. Web Makers Plus aims to set up and get your web site working as quickly as possible. The lengthh of time depends on several factors, including the size of the website you are requesting. Most web sites are complete in 3 to 8 weeks. Please ask us about the time frame for your specific website when placing your order.

6. Can you update or re-design my existing website?
Yes, we can. Please contact the Web Makers Plus staff for details.

7. What will it cost to get a web site created?
Get the web site you always wanted with Web Makers Plus! Our Standard Business Package - a custom designed web site for smaller businesses is a bargain at $2,200. Compare our design features - their add-ons are standard here.

And when do I pay?
A 20% retainer is required to start the project. We offer 20% monthly payment plans, and a nice discount to pay in full upon the completion.

8. Who supplies the text on the website?
You provide all the text. We will help you with keyword suggestions for your text. Your Web Makers Plus Customer Service Manager will help you in this process, and fill fine tune the language for Internet search engine optimization.

9. Who supplies the logos on the website?

Web Makers Plus understands that first impressions are important! If you don't have a logo yet, we can create a unique logo and branding statement.

10. Who supplies the photos on the website?
Generally, you supply all photos. However, we can supply royalty free stock photos at an additional charge.

11. What if I don't like the website?

The Web Makers Plus web designing team works closely with every client to ensure 100% satisfaction. We have a approval process that we utilize throughout all stages of the project to make sure that we are on target with what the client wants their website to be.

12. I can't connect to my website. What do I do?
First, check to see if you can connect to other websites, this will tell us if your internet connection is working or not.  Refer to the manual provided to you for the proper login link plus user name and password.  To have your password reset - call our office at 740-490-5145.

13. What are search engines?
Search engines are websites that help you search the internet for websites based on the keywords you provide.

14. Do you submit my site to search engines?
Yes, with your website package we submit your website to the major search engines, including Google.
